Can anyone recommend a good (and informative) movie/documentary about bisexuality that I can show clips from for a sociology presentation?
I need a movie that is specifically about bisexuals, and NOT about homosexuals, transsexuals, or transvestites. Other groups are doing presentations on those topics.

This documentary is, unfortunately, still filming, but with Ani Difranco and Dan Savage, amongst others, it sounds awesome!

"Women Seeking Women: A Bi-Curious Journey" is a rather negative view, but nonetheless a movie on the topic.
Those are the only documentaries I can find on the topic, sadly enough.
As for fictional movies, look to the list I gave you before.

I think you might want to narrow down your subject a little more. There's a lot to the bisexual community. You might want to focus on one group/aspect of that diverse community and find a film themed around that topic.
