i'd say this:
forget everything that everyone ever told you about anything. stereotypes, everything.
there.
people are people, and all people should be treated like people, and people should only treat people how they want to be treated. that sounded more confusing than it is.

I would round up all the Afro Americans and send them back to Africa to live with real Africans. People who have pride in their appearance, speak eloqently in both languages of the country.
People who do things for themselves without leaning on the Government . They get no welfare or medical insurance. They have a very low crime rate and are very generous loving people.
The only problem is that the Afro Americans may contaminate them and then i would be sorry i did it. So perhaps I would just ship them off to the moon where they can rap and crap as much as they like. No drugs to deal no cars to steal and by definition they would have been risen above their own create mire
I think that would be my ultimate solution and desire

As reparations, give them the entire state of Mississippi. Wall the place in. Another choice is to give them the money they paid into social security and ship them back to Africa with it. The only solution other than these is to force welfare recipients to work full-time at minimum wage on public projects. Outsource prisons to Mexico to save money. Ban all blacks from getting public housing and kick all but 12% out. They make up too much. We need affirmative action in public and section 8 housing.
The other solution could be a win-win situation. We can threaten North Korea, Syria and Iran by telling them that we are going to ship in a million negroes and they'll all be at the bargining table within 24 hours. That is, of course, if these nations don't enslave them.

There is no concrete solution.
The only difference between whites and blacks is literally, their physical apperance. In fact, many people today don't know they have another race mixed in with their heritage. It's common.
There's no clear way to cure the society of narrow-mindnessness. It's just not going to happen. Because of all the false stereotypes and the rollercoaster battles that we all face, too many people are just happy with being in conflict. We thrive on it, live it, breathe it.
And it's ridiculous to think the government will do anything to help. I'm not calling them stupid, however they have a lot on their plates and I sincerely doubt the race is anywhere near the agenda.
And which problem are you refering to when talking about race? There are hundreds of problems. How can you be so specific?
Try removing the propaganda we live on, and then perhaps we'd get more headway on the issue of race.

I am white, my grandparents NEVER owned any slaves.
I am NOT a racist.
My personal opinion is that people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are stirring the pot with racial inequality.
If we are to live in a color-blind society we need to eliminate the congressional black caucus, black entertainment tv, and all the minority organizations based on skin color. I want everyone to have an equal chance in society..

SHIP 'EM BACK! Everyone in America is totally fed up with the Negroe and his con games, his using the "race card" at his convenience. He's a leach, a blood sucking vampire, draining the tax base dry, and not contributing one measly dime in return. Always with his hand out, crying "woe is me", and screaming "racism". A MAN will educate himself, get an honest job, acquire a home, be a good father, have a wholesome family. A BEAST will do just the opposite!
SHIP 'EM BACK! Back to Africa from whence they came. Back to their roots. Let's just see how long they last on their own, with all of their "pride".
I have faith in them, let's truly set them FREE!

Personally, I think the racial conflict is a congenital disease, it is passed from parent to child. So, i'd have laws passed that say being bigoted makes you an unfit parent. The children of racists would then be taken into foster care, and raised by non-bigots. The problem would cleat up in a generation or two.
Of course, this is completly impractical and would cause other, and possibly more severe, problems.

The creators of "Sesame Street" have been faithfully educating children for over 4 decades about how to get along with each other, situations from other perspectives are featured etc. Early childhood programs are very positive in promoting tolerance and acceptance of others, and to encourage teamwork. The "most powerful person in the U.S." can not create a spirit of reconciliation and forgiveness by him/herself.

With all the racial hate and violenece towards white people, something must be done before its to late. Just look at all the hate in rap music.
We need to teach alot of children in the inner cities not to hate white people.
Maybe retrain them!!

Invade Mexico and ship them a different kind of illegal. Since they have been sending us a lot of the people they don't want, turnabout is fair play.
