The Bucs struggled this year, but injuries played a large role. With Simms out, Gradkowski had to take control of the offense, and it was clear that he wasn't ready. The defense suffered injuries to key players such as Rice and Kelly, and they occasionally showed flashes of their former brilliance. Cadillac was disappointing, but the running game was non existent in many games since the Bucs fell behind early. Next year, how will they bounce back?

Simms can only do so much when the Cadillac won't leave the garage. That guy is going to be a major bust. They should've traded up and taken Ronnie Brown! I don't think another wide receiver is the answer but apparently that's what they're going after on draft day.

Simms was a question mark even before his injury. Rattay seems worth a second look. Gradowski never looked particularly like a starting QB. Who knows how the situation will look come training camp. The defense is getting old. Alstott may be done. Williams did alright when he was healthy, but seemed to have trouble holding on to the ball. Even with a weak schedule next year, maybe they should only be shooting for .500.

The Bucs aren't going anywhere until Gruden lets Simms stay home. Rattay is a worthless turd and Gradkowski is a newbie that is maybe yes, maybe no.

i hope one of their concerns when entering the draft this year is to find a quarterback. What they have right now is not very promising
