No!!!!!! The Magnuson-moss Warranty Act of 1975 protects you ( if in the United States). They are not going to say that putting on headers will cause your power windows not to be covered. If your cold intake allows dirt or water into the engine--then they are not going to cover your engine. But, if your oil pump fails--they can't blame that on headers. What they can say is that you intake/exhaust raised the horsepower to a level that the transmission could not handle--or cooling system could not keep cold------but, they would have to prove it.

Yes it will void the warranty if you bring it in with the mods installed. Keep your original parts and swap them back on before you bring it in and you should be ok. If there is a note on the label that states the part will not void your warranty, then you don't need to worry. But generally headers and cold air intakes don't have that kind of labeling.

Check with your particular cars service department first! You'd feel low as a dime if something happened to it and the factory backed out of their warranty obligation. I tested the waters a little myself recently. I inquired about using a Purolater "blue" air filter as well as the Green Filter and I purposely left the The K&N at the end at a new Chevy parts counter. A guy at the parts dept.@ the local Chevy dealership said if you experianced any engine troubles while using a K&N and they ( a mechanic) saw that filter in your air box your warranty was hensforth cooked

save youre money for something that matters, research it and you will find it really doesnt do a thing for power or mpg. How can companys justify the price they ask for a filter and a piece of pipe with a 90 degree bend in it anyway? Where is this--cold -- air coming from ? about a foot away from the factory location, think about it. Just my 2 cents

yes but if you swap out the parts before a dealer trip you wont have a problem most of the oiled type air filters will ruin your mass air flow and they will know that oil from a filter has caused that. go to trueflow.com and watch the video there on the filters and you can save a bundle on the cold air kit the filter they sell is incredible

depends on the manufacturer.

If you do any modification to the vehicles drive train it will definitely void your warranty. Modifying the engine in most ways will also not let the vehicle pass the emissions test
