My account has not been deleted but for some absurd reason every time i attempt to get in i am said that i have to be logged in to do that. I do not know what to do but i refer this problem to see if some one can help me. *-_-help me plz*

That error is often givien if you use the incorrect username (email address) or password. Ensure that you have both correct. If you are unsure, just click the "forgot password" link and you will get your password emailed to you.
If you are able to log in but still get the error when you go to different areas of MySpace, then cookies are disabled on your computer and you must either re-enable cookies or just put up with having to log in for every little thing you want to do on myspace.

most people are having Myspace Issues for the past 2 days now.... they are doing somehting upgrade or somehting or having issues.... I suggest you try again in 2 days and dont let it log you in automatically do it manually to make sure your actually getting in and your browser isnt giving you a cached page.... which is what i think is happening to you now... its a sort of fake page your browser keeps cached for you to see the site if the site is not working right or taking to long to log on to it.

I know why you went to a site to get a myspace layout or a fake myspace site someone hacked your myspace and deleted it
scan your pc with a spyware program like spybot search and destroy
