I met a guy couple years ago, we parted ways because he only felt like we should be friends. Was he telling the truth then? I met someone just about the same time at msn chatlines. then another one. Is it crazy for me to think these two people at msn are the same person I met in real life couple years ago. I have confronted him in real life but he insists it's not him. I really feel that it's him, could I just be dreaming in wonderland?

Honestly I really hoped it was the same man, though i doubted it would be him, there were coincidences that I could relay to him.
thank you for the good answers.

it's hard to say. You could be justified or paranoyed. if you really find it unnerving I suggest you cut off contact with the people you met on the chat line. if you keep meeting people that give you that same feeling I'd change your msn name and not tell the person you think it is. Better safe then sorry- even if it does seem silly.

None of us in real life are the same as our on-line personalities. It is almost always a mistake to meet up in 3D with chat-room guys unless you two have years/months of chatting including live camera-to-camera with voice activated.

.Could it just be wishful thinking on your part? Are you in hopes of it being the same man? Are you now doubting the wisdom of turning down a friendship?

Well it could be... but if he insists that it's not him, maybe your'e just really dreaming. But I do believe in those kind of things.
