1. Wolfenstein Enemy Territory
2. America's Army

Well... If you're willing to pay $20, you can get Battlefield 2. Not only is the original game great, but you can download tons of free mods.

CS: just buy the game for like 10 bucks and play it forever....i recommend Counter Strike: Source.
