ok, so this march im turning 16! finally! what do you think is the best way for me to celebrate? any party ideas?

If your parents are ok w/it rent a hotel room for you and some of your girlfriends and have a slumber party. Take a limo there and back.

Have a dance at your house. DJ and cook out. Have a dance contest. Best of what ever...tell everyone it will be a dance contest so they can prepare steps, moves, dress.
If not at your house maybe a small hall somewhere.

get a bunch of people to come over to your house...if u have a backyard..dont let them in your house its too messy
blast music and have good food
