We know that
f=nV/2L
f – frequency
n- number of nodes (harmonics)
L – length of the pipe
V – the speed of sound
For a wide range of temperatures
V= 331.5 sqrt(1+t/273.15) m/s
t- temperature in degrees C

So at t=19 deg C
V=331.5 sqrt(1+t/273.15) m/s
V=342.8m/s

f=nV/2L

L=nV/(2f)
L=1 (342.8)/(2 x 415 )= 0.4130 m
L=41.3 cm
