Sorry to say that, other than hormones, there is no magic solution to larger breasts ... In fact, those types of "pills" can be harmful and even deadly. They are not approved by the FTA and those "pills" can actual have a bad effect when combined with medicine.
Exercises may help build larger firmer underlying muscles.
