I have tried several times to lose weight, sometimes I have eaten very little, but even with that, nothing happens (I exercise too). I believe my metabolism is too slow, what do I do?

You need to eat small amounts every 2 hours to stimulate your metabolism. Changing your exercise routine will also boost metabolism. Work out in reverse order, or at a different time of day. Add an extra 5-10 minutes of cardio to your workout.

Also - see your Dr. and have your thyroid checked. If your thyroid is not working properly, it is very easy to correct with medication.

Well you've excercised - but what type of excericise, walking, jogging , these are helpful. My advice to anyone who wants to lose weight is to increase their fiber uptake. Fiber binds to the fat and cholesterol in the stomach causing less of it to be digested. and as fiber induces a aquick bowel action most of the fat is elimated in the fecal waste.
Do not eat betweeen meals. You seem discipline enough to acheive that. 3 meals per day is good and have the lightest meal just before bed.
In terms of boosting your metabolism, excercise is the way to go. with a significant lost of weight I figure yoou could be better able to do more strenous excercise to help peak that metabolism
The source of your fat intake also affect your metabolism- how fast you break them down. Fats from plant sources are broken down quicker than those of animal sources So where do a greater portion of your fat source come from is an important question to ask yourself and evaluate as needs be.
By the way fasting at least once per week has been shown to also help in losing of weight and the overall health of the body
24hrs could be drastic at first but then maybe you could try 6hrs, 12hrs then to 24hrs as the week progress. I do that and each weeek I look forward to my fasting period for at the end I feel renewed. Ensure you drink a lot of water during this time to flush the body of its toxin buildup as fat is being broken down releasing all its stores of toxins.

My metabolism is very high, and the doctors told me to eat alot small meals a day. They said it will help me gain weight. I don't think it would be wise for you to do that because it will make you humgry quicker. That's the point in it is to make you eat more often. Try to eat salads, subs, and drink alot of water. Water will really help you lose weight.

don't stop eating! that's the worst thing you can do!
eat 6 small meals a day (protein and/or fruits or veggies) - don't eat until full, just until not hungry
exercise every day, even if you have to do it in 5 minute intervals. try to get 20 minutes in per day.
drink 8 glasses of water a day. it really helps wash out the toxins and keep your metabolism up.
