Just make sure it compliments your features and fits well, and that you have something striking to put with it. I think a lot would depend on the individual shirt.
Anything can be 'in style' if you make it your style.

Wear it with some jeans and a nice fit blazer that is short. Throw on some heels and a great necklace and you are all set.

no way, but accesorize it right.
also, since they usually have high necklines, show off legs by wearing skinny jeans or a skirt, and it won't look "out of style"

Yeah they kinda are but at urbanoutfitters they are layering vic.tops with mens vests and neop long sleeves underneath..it sounds like sh*t but it is'nt.

They were really trendy for fall, now they're sorta-- blah. But if you can make it unique and you have some good pants/a nice skirt-- and some decent ethnic jewelry-- it could work. Could.
