Tell your doctor, but don't worry until then. This happened to me. The fluid is called collastrum.
If you aren't wearing a bra and your shirt is rubbing up against your nipples, this may be why. If it happens in your sleep, you may be dreaming of nursing your baby or taking care of him or her. Your body just may be practicing:)
Tell your doc, of course, but this definitely happens. GL and enjoy being preg and enjoy your baby! Congrats!

Yes, this is colostrum, the pre-milk substance your baby will feed off of before your milk comes in. Mine came in at 5 months, and I was told by my OB this is normal. I was 7 months w/ my first when it started. You may also notice you will leak this during sexual activity, so if your parter is turned off by this (as mine is) wear a bra w/ pads in it during sex.

It happens for everyone at different times. For some it starts as early as you, for some it starts after the baby is born. Congrats to you!

Perfectly normal...........time to go buy breast pads just in case. They are in with the baby bottles. You will definitely need at least one box (nursing or not) after you have the baby. I had the best luck with the ones made by Gerber. They where thin and absorbent.

It isn't rare to happen while still pregnant. Lots of women experience milk leakage during pregnancy.
