Your thyroid may not be producing the amount of hormone it should.

Go to a doctor for a test. he may put you in something like Synthroid.

A friend eats fish three times a week, and two boiled eggs every day because her thyroid output is low.

Dr. Bob Martin has recommendations for alternative nethods raher than synthroid.

Hypothyroid will cause that problem. paint a silver dollar size part of your inner arm with iodine. If you can't see the spot in the morning, do it again, and again. Your body can pick up the iodine from your skin. To test thyroid, take your temperature first thing in the morning, like before you get up, and record it each morning for a week. you might need to take Synthroid (It is a synthetic Thyroid supplement) or the ground up thyroid of animals.
