I remember the feeling and boy is it uncomfortable. First try Lanolin cream, it's great to have on hand when you are breastfeeding as well to help with dry cracked nipples. I would also put either soft kleenex or lactation pads (that are soft the cheaper ones tend to be kind of scratchy), into your bra. It's the constant rubbing that will increase the itchiness.
Good luck and congrats!

I am almost 11 wks pregnant and have the same prob as yours as well. I just use vaseline or jergens. I rubbed it around 2-3 times a day. It actually helps stop the itiching and helps moist the nipple. Hope this help and congrats to you as well.

Get Lanolin cream, it is a cream to apply to the nipples when breastfeeding. Dry, itchy nipples are common in pregnancy and this cream helps keep them moisturized.

They make creams to relieve dry irritated nipples for breastfeeding women. I know Gerber makes one, but I'm not sure who else does... But try one of those since they're specifically made for nipples and it will still be safe to use if you are breastfeeding when baby is born!

Try Udder Cream. This is what my wife used when she was pregnant. It took away the itchiness she was suffering.

Make sure you don't have dry skin. Try a little Benadryl cream. Are you wearing a bra yet? Could be they are rubbing on your clothes and getting irritated. If you don't want to wear a bra yet wear an undershirt or cover them with bandaids and they won't rub on your clothes.
