If you have a good ideas, a good concept and a strong willingness to work hard, you may be able to get partners to help with the money and divide the shares accordingly...this is not easy, but it is possible with good marketing.

No body will loan you money for a new business, because 80% of them go out of business in 1 year.

You have to come up with your own seed money. Ask father, mother, uncle, brother, friend etc. If you can not convince them, you will never be able to convince a bank or SBA

Start a smaller business to raise the capital for your dream business.

Other than the SBA, check to see if there are any Business Incubator Groups in your area....they generally are associted with a large college. Another option is to check around and see if there are any Angel Investors in your area. You might find out from banks in your area, if they know of any. Your local Chamber of Commerce may have some info. also.
