I suppose that you know what dragging and dropping means. It is when you hold your (normally) left mouse button on an object and then drag the object somewhere else and then release the button. Hold the left mouse button down on the task-bar (yes you are correct) and then drop it to the bottom of the screen. Finally, release the left mouse button.
Good luck.

Hi! It's called the taskbar, to put your taskbar back on the bottom from the side, take your mouse arrow and put it on the taskbar and hold down the left click on your mouse, as you are holding it at the same time drag it to the bottom where you want it. There you go, looks alot better! You can lock your taskbar so this won't happen again. put your arrow on the taskbar and right click, at the bottom you will see "lock the taskbar" click on it, now do it again and you will see a check mark in front of the lock the taskbar! It's now locked! Try moving the taskbar, it won't move! Your save! Have a good day!

Take the pointer on the screen, and place it in the middle of the toolbar. Hold down the left mouse button, and move it to the bottom of the screen. You shold see an outline of it as you do this.

Hi. It's called the Taskbar and you can just drag it from the side to the bottom. You may have to "unlock" it first by right-clicking on it. and going into "Properties". After you are done, "Lock" it using the right-click and properties again. Good luck!

Ok this problem is real easy to fix.
1st. Right Click the taskbar and make sure Lock the Taskbar is unchecked.
2nd. Left Click and drag the task bar to the bottom.
That should fix your problem.
