THE J&k state has special provisions under art.370 const. of India-most of these have become dwarf as a consequence of almost application of centeral laws to state after time to ratification by j&k assembly. Most of the constitutional provisions too have been promulgated in J&k originating from const.of.India but still there is hue &cry about special provisions-Radio kashmir Jammu &similar non entities which have fallen pale before IT revolution,SattelliteTV channels etc.SOMETIMES i think it is same attempt of overkill by over blowing -both by state agencies nationl as well as international&by posh leaders who do not have an employment except to rule by hollow slogans for or against art.370.

No need to cry against the 370 in J&K...
India occupied Kashmir and implemented 370 in the state...A special status to the J&K as it was not under Indian control at the time when Indian troops landed there...

Later there were modification in the article 370 and such changes were favouring Indian Govt...There is a lot of ammendment in current 370 compared to 370 of 1952...

No need to cry against 370, it is already modified and the current 370 is just for the sake of formailty to show UNO that India is loyal on Kashmir issue after invading kashmir....

The problem with J&K is that it just forgets that "With Greater Powers comes Greater Responsibilities".J&K is the Gateway to India .Like the Head of the nation in the atlas.Be a role model state within the Indian Federation ,Fight for your Rights like other states n people from all over India will stop complaining about your special provisions.
