Well women are emotional, so it depends on who it's done with as well. But their are nerves deep in the vagina, so it increases pleasure as well. So size matters to an extent.

Sadly the fact you ask this question shows that you do not know what is most important thing to women. Penis length/width might be nice, and knowing how to move.....BUT it's the emotional element that will make the most impact for any woman. If a woman isn't into it mentally then you've got some work to do...and I'm not talking just physical.
If pushed to choose between size and motion I would go for motion.

I am 6" and it is how I use it. It is not the size.
