Lucky Vitamin is the place to go. Not only do they have a massive selection of items, but they also offer very reasonable shipping -- often free shipping on orders over $100.

We now purchase all our herbs, beauty products, supplements, etc from Lucky Vitamin. You'll be amazed at how much you'll save!

I like Mountain Rose Herbs because they sell mostly organic ingredients and when I order from them the herbs are always very fresh and aromatic. They also have carrier oils, clays, salts and essential oils. The quality can't be beat.

Wollebe's got a good answer for you. If you aren't running a restaurant then you shouldn't buy spices in bulk because they have a limited shelf life. BUT, if you truly want to buy in bulk then you may consider not buying ground spices - buy them whole and they'll last longer in the pantry.
