Without knowing your body type, I can't offer very many good suggestions.
First of all, where do you live? Do you live in or near a large city? If so, you may be able to find people who crossdress or have undergone sex change operations. They should be able to give you some tips, like good places to buy clothes or how to hide certain masculine cues.
In my experience, women's clothing is not all that different from men's clothing--until you start getting into shoes, skirts, dresses, and bras. As a general rule, I find women's clothing much more uncomfortable then men's, with the exception of full-length broomstick skirts. You can't get more comfy than that!
Another thing you should keep in mind is that women's and men's clothing are sized differently. A size 12 shoe in men's is *not* equal to a size 12 shoe in women's, for example. It may take you a while to figure out what sizes you wear.
You should also keep in mind that sizes vary between namebrands. If you wear, say, size 10 jeans from Levi's, it may be a size 12 or size 8 in Lee's. Women also have many more different clothing styles, some of which will fit and some of which won't. It takes considerably longer to find clothes that fit comfortably when you're a woman, and I imagine it will be even harder if you don't have a naturally feminine shape (wide hips, narrow waist, etc.).
I suspect haircuts are more expensive for women, but I've never had mine cut professionally, so I don't know.
Makeup is expensive and it goes sour after a while. Fortunately, makeup is purely optional and most people prefer it if you don't wear it.

Wearing girl clothes isn't gonna help you turn into a girl. And i'm pretty sure girl's clothes are the same except tighter on you since you're a guy...

Uhhhh...I'm trying to be serious and not rude or anything. I think you should stick with looking like the gender you were born in. You could try pink lots and lots of pink but I'm sorry to say if you wear skirts or dresses you will get teased to death...
