Who is more bizarre, funnier, more of a pain in the Ozz?

Ambush Bug or Madcap? Would they fight, or would they get along like buddies?

I always liked Ambush Bug the best, solely because he fit more in continuity with the other heroes better. But I'm still glad they arent around anymore.
