Hawaii. As far away as possible from the mainland, but it's still considered America.

Besides California, I'd say Las Vegas, Nevada.
I lived there for about 3 years, and I can honestly say it was very diverse. Didn't seem to be a majority anything there. Loved it there, by the way. = )
