I have the wireless adapte from MS and i plugged it into the back and went to network settings and looked around for a network. I picked my network, put in the WPA (my network had 3 bars out of 4). I did the test xbox live thing and it failed at the second one, it said that it could not connect to the network for some reason. Any ideas?

Already reset the router, are you talking about turning off the power and turning it on again or what?

Well, when you run the connection test, it will go down a list of items that need to be correct. When one of them is not, select that 1 and read the description of what is wrong... I hope this helps. It worked for me.

Maybe your ISP is having an outage.
