hey sweetie, you should relax and don't even think about yourself when the sex time comes. Release yourself and let yourself go. Allow your sexual feelings to override any insecurities you may have about yourself.

Don't feel foolish for undressing in front of him. Don't feel stupid for moaning, groaning, and screaming when he's giving you the big 'O'. Let yourself go like a wild woman without even thinking about who you are.

Just try to imagine you are a sex machine with one goal, and one goal only: to achieve the biggest, fattest orgasm you have ever had. Guaranteed, if you do this it will please your man beyond anything else he could dream of.

good luck and have fun!!!
xoxo
Betty

Just cause you have had sex before doesn't mean you're good to go with anyone at any time. You will be ready when you are ready. Don't rush things for anyone. You are the one who has to live with yourself afterwards. Make sure you are comfortable with it before you consent. Every person is different and you will be different with every new person.

intimacy with the one you love is the best way to show how you feel. expressing love is with body and soul with no reservations or falsehoods. it is like a conversation with no words. maybe you should find the cause of your insecurities. ( professional help is O.K.) you have to be comfortable with yourself before you can be comfortable with someone else. NO ONE has a perfect body. everyone is unique and beautiful in their own way.

Try to wait until you're comfortable and you could also try sex with the lights out so he can't see you, only experience you, his moaning will let you know exactly how much he is enjoying you and boost your esteem.

I don't understand the question but here's some advice........You won't get nervous anymore if you really want to have sex with him....do your thing in bed and he'll love it and won't care about comparing you to no one!

If your not ready , don't force yourself to please others. If he cares about you he will understand.
