Mine is. It depends. If you like what you do for a living then it doesn't seem hard. If work weren't a chore then they wouldn't have to pay us for doing it. We'd be doing it for free. Of course we have to make money somehow. I just wish I could make money doing something I love instead of a job I hate...But it's tough to make a living as an artist or musician!

Some work is physically difficult (manual labour, heavy lifting etc. It's hard on your body). Some work is mentally difficult (stressful, hectic, negative, it takes a toll on you emotionally -- this is what I'm up against).

Of course one advantage to my job is that I have the internet at work which is a nice distraction when it's not as busy. So I guess my job isn't hard all the time & does have some advantages. A lot of days off, unusual shifts etc. My job ranges from boredom to sheer hell & you never know what the day/night shift will bring...

Work is hard, but it is what needs to be done so in the end we can hopefully enjoy the fruits of our labour...work is just a means to an end.

Anything of real value is going to be hard work.
The trick is doing something that you love so much that it doesn't seem like hard work.

sounds like you have a cushy job of wearing paper hats, flipping burgers and serving fries!

hey, when you roll into your 120 room mansion with topless french maids, drop me a line and we'll chill to the most by driving the strip in my 12 cyclinder bentley lined with leopard and zebra.

dont forget to put on your big brim hat with your velvet pants because i'll be draped in alligator and kanjo lid!

depends on what kind it is and how u deal with it. like if u keep a positive attitude then u will enjoy work and make it fun for yourself and others but if u have a negative attitude then it will be miserable for u and others! hope that helps!

Some is some isn't depends on the nature of the work and the person's aptitude for it.

Not at all. It's a 40+ year cake-walk ending when you're old, fat, and have nothing left to live for except golf and prunes.

Work is just what you have to do in order to be able to afford the rest of your life. Unless you're one of these people who "love their job" (puke) paid employment is downtime.
