I was supposed to write a particular part and I did but the person who was supposed to do the graphs didn't and just wrote about graphs and did part of my part as well. Noone has done the third part. The lab is only worth 15 points. Should I go back and write the third part, and/or attempt to make the graphs (you need a program i don't have), or just hope that the TAs give us a good grade since it is only a few points and not my fault!

The discussion is the part where you actually apply what you've learned, analyze the data, and draw conclusions. Rather than just saying something like "The data trends downward after point 5", explain why that might be. You don't really need to be "creative", just go beyond stating the obvious facts. The results section should be just that - the results: tables, figures and only enough discussion to provide context as to what they refer to. Any analysis should be in the discussion sections. Unless you were specifically instructed to make separate results and discussion sections, it's often common practice to combine them into a single section ("Results and discussion") The actual "conclusions" section is not where you draw conclusions, but summarize the main findings. Everything you say in the conclusions section should be stated elsewhere in the report.

you should try to do the graphs and the third part, but tell your TA that it wasn't your fault, but you still tried.

To the most you can with what you got and explain your problems to the TA's when you turn it in. They can't fault you for not doing what you can't do.
