I thought that it was just me! I just responded to a question where the person asking and the people responding (myself included) all suffer from insomnia! Why is this so? I didn't know that it was such a common condition. For me, my insomnia is a result of stress and having a "million" things on my mind. For those of you who are insomniacs too, what's your story? Thanks in advance for sharing.

I HAVE NEVER HAD THE PROBLEM , I ATTRIBUTE " NEVER HAVING HAD THE PROBLEM" TO PUTTING LIFE IN SEGMENTS. ONE OF THOSE SEGMENTS CALLED "SLEEP" IS JUST THAT AND NOTHING ELSE. SO I CAN COMPLETELY CLOSE MY MIND AND THINK OF NOTHING AND SLEEP. I BELIEVE ITS A DISCIPLINE EITHER THAT OR I'M RUM DUMB OR SOME SUCH THING.
