Those are great jeans.... comfortable and casual. They are fabulous!
As for the shoes..... when will people realize that white shoes are like Communism: They only work in THEORY. White is totally inappropriate after Labor Day, and they are only going to get dirty and scuffed when you wear them. Go for a more practical color like brown.

did you really need to ask they look damn good!
for a evening out pair that jeans off with a white cotton shirt and those sneakers and you are good to go

Shoes - fine, I don't pay attention to men's shoes unless they're wearing a hideous sock/shoe combination.
Jeans - Guys, listen.... Since when did you decide we girls don't want to see the shape of your butt? Quit with the baggy, falling half off your butt jeans. I don't want to see your boxers. I want to know if you've got a decent butt. Wranglers, guys. Buy 'em.

The pants are nice, but the shoes are too white and sporty. I like puma's on a guy, maybe brown pumas.
