its an all in one printer and the scanner and copier is working, just not the printer

it sounds like it's connected OK but maybe it didnt install right?

if it's USB unplug it and replug it

if that doesn't work make sure it's set to online:

click on start > then > printers and faxes

make sure you see the printer listed and it's set to ready

if it's not listed there go to start > then > control panel > then > add hardware and follow the instructions

Did it used to work, or is this a new installation?
If it's new, you nay not have completely unpacked it, or messed up in the setup procedure.
If it's older, maybe it isn't the default printer for some reason. Does it need ink or toner? Is it a seldom-used dried-up Epson?
If it is an Epson and goes through the motions of printing without results, the printhead got clogged.

When did you last use your printer you may need to clean the heads as the ink may be dried out try doing a head clean

Go to the control panel, and select printers. Select the your printer, then select download drivers. This should take care of your problem.
