does anyone know this guy his name is chad? it seems like hes harrasing me! he's touched my chest and bottom. were in the 4th grade!!!! he's said really nasty stuff. he's smart and all, but i really feel bad for him because he like goes to the office pretty much every day! i had to go to the office one day for some questions. i just feel so uncomfortable because he has all the same classes as me. he has stapped a kid shot, killed, made a kid go to the hospital! his little brother is just as bad! i'm really scared to go to school cause it feels like hes going to murder me any day!!! he also cuses! about every teacher doesn't like him. he's is only 9! i think. i am so scared!!! could you proboly give me some advice??? i've already told my teachers and parents. but i dont feel protected at school! well please give me some advice! thanks!

Where do you live, give me the name of the school, city, town, and I will call the police in your town and have a stop put to this punk kid. He should not be in school with regular kids, he should be in jail! Seriously, if you want help, I will help you. You should never have to be afraid to go to school, be can stop this right now!

you need to talk to your parents or a teacher, or even a school counselor. Tell someone you can trust to protect you from this boy. Not only is he a bully but he is touching you in ways that are not ok for anyone to touch you.

If no one is listening then go to your school nurse and tell her about the touching. If she doesn't listen go to your Principal. If I were there I would go to the police for you if no one else would listen. You are not in a good situation. Keep telling people and find a way for them to listen. SHOW THEM THIS YAHOO QUESTION THAT YOU ASKED. They will know you are seriously afraid. GOOD LUCK

he only picks on you??? that's creepy... you have friends??? why don't you stick with your friends ALWAYS? and don't give up getting the message across to your parents--tell them there's this terror at school and you are going to really play truant one day if your parents don't listen to you!!! and ask them whether they care about what happens to you or not... how about make a police report about that guy??? he should be sent to a boy's home! please spread the news and speak up for yourself whenever possible... hope someone helps you soon :D DON'T GIVE UP!!!
