I don't understand your question. How can I "love" you, if I don't know you? Being a fellow human, yes, there's a basic respect, and identification that we are all on the same ride on this Earth, but love is a strong word. Specifically, I can't say I love you as much as I do, my husband, or sister or parents. But as love for mankind in general, yes, I love you, in that general, non-specific sense as we are all united as a species and that we are all in this thing called "life" together! All hearts are more connected than we realize! But I still think your question is rather odd!
