If you want them in "chronological order", as they happened in his life...Hannibal Rising(the new one) is first, then Manhunter('86 with Brian Cox as Lecter and William Peterson as Will Graham) and Red Dragon('02 Hopkins as Lecter and Ed Norton as Graham) Silence Of The Lambs and then Hannibal.

Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, Red Dragon, and the new one coming out in theatres...Hannibal Rising, I believe.
Did research on Manhunter and it is created off the novel Red Dragon. So I guess those two movies would be similar. I will have to find it and watch it to see. I know my daughter will want to know about it.
