The strength of the cloth is stronger than the threads from which it is made of because the strength of the cloth is the sum of the strength of all its threads combined.

If you don't believe this then get yourself some thread and try to pull it apart. You probably can. No take two pieces of the thread and twist them together. Try pulling it apart. Maybe you can or maybe you can't. If you can then keep adding threads until you can't pull it apart. The cloth is like the strength of many threads combined together.

Anything is stronger in numbers. It's easy to knock down one person, but hard to take out a bunch of them, like it's hard to pull apart cloth, but easy to pull apart a piece of thread.

A cloth, by the nature of its structure, is stronger than the threads it is made of.

The threads togehter as a piece of ploth is strong as long as it is united.

As logn as humans are united, we are stronger than we are if we are seperate.
