My son fell of the swing and flipped his whole body, landed on his belly. He cried but seems ok how can i tell if he has internal bleeding. I'm a scared DAD! Help! PS I'm thinking of taking him to the hospital anyways i just need some feed back

Awwww....... its great that you really care. well, check his body. if you see something that looks like purplish or red bruises on skin, that may be internal bleeding. It may, or may not hurt at all. if you don't don't see anything like that, i wouldn't worry so much, yet.

One sure way is to check his bm. If there is a dark color, it could be from internal bleeding. A bright redness usually indicates an irritation of the exiting part. Get him checked anyway, because sometimes injuries don't show up right away.

Take him right now.... You can't not ever tell please don't wait my sister lost her daughter age 6 like that she fliped the swing... PLEASE GO NOW!!!!!
Its always better to be safe then sorry. There might be nothing wrong but you won't really know.
But it depends how well he did fall my sisters girl completely fliped the swing over the top bar and fell from very hugh up!!! Not meaning to scare you sorry but if only she did maybe she would be here still.

I really think you should taker him to the hospital. Just to be on the safe side.

Black, tar like stools, but that takes a while to determine. I'd run him in to be safe if you are concerned.

bruises are the sure sign of internal bleeding.
