The Palestinians, led by the terrorist group Hamas are nothing more than terrorist seeking a state. We wouldn't support allowing Al Qaeda to have an independent state (Well, the democrats pretty mush want to give them Iraq) so why should we feel any different about the Palestinians.
Before you state yelling about how the land was stolen from the Pali's lets keep in mind that a large portion of them arent from the land that we now know as Israel anyway. Most are from Lebanon, Syria, Egypt (such as the deceased Arafat) and Iran.

You are 150% correct. We shouldn't. We should stand back & offer to hold Israel's coat while they kick butt.

Well and most Israelis are from Europe and Russia...There were people living on the land that we call Israel now, there were Arabs living there before 1947...Actually there were Arabs living in that land, for centuries...
US is pushing for a Palestinian state only on papers,as well as Israel. They say they are going to allow Palestinians to have an independent state, but this doesn't stop them from building more settlements on the land that they say the Palestinian state will be created...
We are not rewarding terrorists by creating a Palestinian state,we actually bring a little justice in the area...

The term "terrorist" is a relative term and depends on one's perspective. If I were a Palestinian living in the West Bank I would view Hamas as heroes and the Israelis as terrorists. As it is now i live in the US and view the Israelis as terrorists. George Bush calls anyone who does not agree with him or believe in the same thing he believes in a "terrorist".

The US policy in the Middle East is a shambles. Most of the Middle East views Israel and the US as the same country, and have the same hatred for the US as they do for Israel, and for good reason.

Before you start rationalizing about illegitimacy of the Palestinians' claims for the right to return to their homes taken by Israel, keep in mind that almost NONE of the present-day jewish inhabitants (or their parents, if they were born there) of Israel came from that area; they all came from Russia and Europe, and thus they are more the intruder and the occupier. For this reason it is hard for the US to turn a blind eye to the concept of a free and independent Palestinian state.

This is blatantly obvious to anyone except jews and Israelis.

"freedom fighters" never existed in the oppressing Israeli dialect.
For they were terrorized by a majority of Arabs they pissed off steeling Palestinians land.
But the reality they are (Jews) trying to deny the whole world , is that one who is fighting back an oppressor to gain his own land and his own dignity is far from being a TERRORIST no matter what methods used to send his MORALISTIC message to the IMMORAL occupier.
The US and the rest of the world Support the PALESTINIAN SOVEREIGN STATE , based on local, national and international laws tat ISRAEL And the rest of the Zionism Jews refuse to abide.

That's why ISRAEL will never be a safe entity until it recognizes and abide by INTERNATIONAL laws.

Terrorism is a ZIONIST ISRAELI term. not an American.
The US fought England by guerrilla warfare and so Palestinians do.

The Israelis started this mess, dear. Everyone deserves a place to be and until we face that the border/land wars will continue. No one is innocent. This is as simple as learning to live side by side. One persons terrorist is anothers freedom fighter.

Until we face the fact that killing each other's children is not a form of conflict resolution we will be dealing with these ridiculous land wars.

The powers that be can keep on writing to this book however suits them. Nothing but a new book with a whole new fresh middle east policy will do a damn bit of good though.

Here is what Ghandi thought about Palestine. http://www.whatwouldgandhido.net/

because Hamas is not a terrorist group per say. it is a radical political group, somewhat like the Christian coalition in the US. They support a radical religious agenda, and are labeled as terrorists because we don't like their politics. When you hear that a terrorist was affiliated with Hamas, it means that they supported the Politics.

And people wonder why the US cna't make inteligent decsions regarding foreign policy....
