Evo Morelas, I hope he throw most of these murderous thugs in a jail cell for life. Washington should be hands off with South America, and maybe things would improve for the long term. Operation Condor was a murder operation with Pinochet, Peron, Banzer looking for communists, labor leaders rounding them up and excuting them. Those leaders unfortnately died before the vices of justice to hold them to account for mass murder. Hopefully, the newer gernation of leaders will bring decency to the people, and thugs to run on the left or the right side of the politcal specturm.
