No but I'm fixin to have the chimo ex of mine thrown in jail this week and it's about effing time.

I have never sues anyone but I have been sued and I won because they failed to show burden of proof well that plus I didn't do anything wrong the judge said

Yes, I have. I was a truck driver for many years and two years ago another trucker went to sleep and came into my lane and hit me headon at about 65mph. I sustained injuries, the other driver died. I sued the trucking company he drove for and won the suite and the settlement was very favorable.

well my dad got sued one time for the property rule number if your neighbor want you to sell them your part of backyard just because they want a bigger backyard NEVER sign any contact with them even if you know them for a very longt time either way short time and long time you never want to sign a contact with anyone for any reason becuase that what happend to my dad he sign a contract and broke the contract agreement that my dad chance his mind not to sell the piece of his backyard to his next door neighbor because he took too long to get started to remove the fence and remove his fence over to his side my dad was saying that he dose not want to do anymore becuase he is going to put hose up for sale so his next door neighbor got angry and sue him in court and my dad lost the case he had to give up his piece of his backyard and let the neighbor pay him the money for $2,000 but lucky that the buyer did not care if the back yard was a bit smaller. so becareful use common sense and make sure you get to know this person before this could happend to you getting sued or suing someone.

I sued a doctor and no she got away with screwing up my leg because my lawyer took a pay off to lose the case.

No, but I was close to suing a photography company because they failed to give me an order package they had promised, and they wouldn't give me my graduation photos. Luckily for them, my mom and I found a better photographer where we live. And the photos were awesome.

i have been sued if that counts. and they did and didnt win. they won the lawsuit but then i filed bankruptcy. haha.
