I relax, think about my day and what I need to do tomorrow, say my prayers and turn my brain off

When I was younger, I used to think about the nice things that happened to me during the day. Now that I am old, well, not that old, I kind of think about my future and what I would like it to be. Sometimes I dwell on the sad times in my life.

I have to think about things just to go to sleep so I just imagine things that I would like to happen in my future.

i say my prayers sometimes aloud and sometimes silently. I think about some things that I might have to do the next day

i say goodnight and think about all the stuff i have to do the next day, course then i can't go to sleep and wind up here answering questions.
