I've injured my back and am having problems sitting down. It is now hard to get up. It's so depressing because my body was getting into shape and I was losing weight and now I can't exercise.

Anyone know how to get my back going again? Also I am an office assistant and it is really hard to work. What do you do for that kind of pain?

You should go to your doctor or a chiropractor something is probably out of alignment.

i also injured my back. but my leg hurt so bad it was hard for me to walk. i went to the dr. and she knew right away what was wrong.i had 3 herniated disc's and had to have surgery. i was in real good shape too. the only position that was comfortable was laying down.standing for longer than a minute was torture! please go to your dr. they can do cat scans and mri's. and they can give you something for the pain.if you have a herniated disc, and it ruptures, you lose control of your bladder and your bowels! hope you get better real soon!

Go to the doctor and ask for some days off work so you can get some rest.

Talk to your doctor. He/she can give you a script for physical therapy. The physical therapist can have you do exercises to help you with your back.
