Oh, yeah . . . I can get energy from some music, I can get nostalgic from other music, and still other music can depress the heck out of me (songs I associate with my ex-wife, for example) . . . some songs bore me to distraction, others piss me off, and a few bring me to tears of joy.

Music is certainly very powerful. Sometimes if I'm out shopping and they play music over the speaker systems in the stores, it extremely influences the mood I'm in while in that store. If I like the music, I'll shop more. If I don't, I'll leave the store quicker because the songs irritate me and actually chase me out the door! Music is really personal. What is great for someone, annoys someone else! But music can give great inspiration, set a mood, give you motivation, say to exercise or house clean, when it's upbeat and you're feeling pokey, to name a few of its' great effects! Music is truly magical and I couldn't live without it! I always have great music in my car! I never get road rage or impatient in traffic. My music never ceases to amuse me and soothe me in any situation. I have an extensive collection of a wide variety of types of music and it's truly a journey of discovery to hear innovative, fresh new approaches. I'm always searching for sound!

Absolutely everyday. I love music and it sets the mood for me. If I'm in a good mood I play upbeat feel good music. If I'm depressed I play music that kind of revolves around why I'm depressed. If I'm mad, I crank music that expresses anger. Music is a major influence in my life.

Yes. Songs can make my mood better if I'm down or out of sorts. Others make me nostalgic. Some make me want to break out in spontaneous dance.

Yes, it can pull me out of a bad mood, make me feel energized, or just get my mind away from negative thoughts. I have to have it every day.

Yes it does. There are certain times I want to visit my feelings and I play certain songs. Then there are certain times I need a little bump to me hips and I have certain songs for that also.
