should we have armed National Guard troops assisting the US Border patrol to stem the tsunami of illegal immigrants coming to this country?

Lolz no.

If we did that then we would look paranoid as if we thought the Mounties and Mexicans were going to invade our great country.

Instead, we should just enhance the border patrol so it has the capacity to work like the National Guard instead of just thinnly scouting out the border. We need more than just rangers out there and we need to stick to our guns in how we enforce the law.

NO! If it were raining would you say ... hey everyone grab a bucket hold it up in the sky. Lets be honest with ourselves. It's not easy to stop 4 million people from crossing a border and if you could they'd just come back. It's waisting resources. Having a bunch of undocumented people in the country is not a good thing. From what I've seen the mexican people work damn hard. So why is it they can't make it in there own country. It's corupt even more so then this country is. You don't fix something at it's source it will cost us more.

I propose that you let the mexican people vote for a better system. maybe unite with surrounding countries for form another united states. United states of the south. Each of our states are watched over by the fed. It seems to work for us quite well.
