There are different types of networks out there and to use a sim card, you need to be on a GSM network.

If you are, then open up your phone and take your battery out and most likely, you will see your sim card.

If they say that you do not have a sim card, you are likely not on a GSM network and there's not much you can do except switch to a different service provider. I don't know what it is in other countries but here in Canada, Rogers and Fido provides GSM phones and I was with Telus earlier, and they are on a digital network, therefore do not have sim cards.

The moto v262 doesn't have the capability of using a sim card, it was offered as a cdma phone only, no gsm(which use sim cards)

If you pull the battery out..the sim cards are usually under there.

when u take off the battery it should be there, but if it is not there then it is built into the phone and u have to go ur service provider and they hace to scan ur chip, and then switch it to the diffrent fone.
