Pulling out is not a good option - I'm here as proof. Sperm leak out even when there isn't an ejaculation. If you are looking simply for birth control then she can get fitted for a diaphragm - that's a good alternative and doesn't have any health risks. If you are looking for protection from STDs as well, then a condom really is the best. You might want to try a different type, or one that is good for sensitivity.

At this time the only alternative is if she is on birth control of some type. It still is no protection from disease. Condoms aren't perfect but one of the better alternatives.

There are only two answers that are Biblically acceptable: Abstanance (dont have sex) or get married (and the two shall become one). If you are not ready for the commitment of marriage and kids, perhaps you should stick to fullfilling your own needs(masterbation). All the other alternatives result in children out of wedlock or sexually transmitted diseases. There is no such thing as safe sex. The pill dont save you from STD and condoms get holes in them. If you dont want to do the time, dont do the crime. Sex was meant to be a consecrated act of intimacy and love between a man and his wife to keep them close and functioning as a single unit. It was meant to be a holy union of Love. Perhaps you should consider this. Good luck and God Bless.

The pill. If you are in a long term relationship, you might not worry about STD than those who have casual sex. Both are good to don't get pregnant, but also keep in mind STDs.

If you only have one partner, you can ask her to take the pills... With multiple partners, condoms are the best way to protect yourself from STDs. You don't want to be sorry after catching HIV.

You can get an operation called a vasectomy in which the vasa deferentia tubes are cut and blocked so that sperm do not mix with semen. So you will not produce sperm upon ejaculation.
