He also said Cheney was a great VP a few years ago and now he's recently stated that Cheney hasn't been giving good advice to George Bush.

I can't believe this man is running for President. Can you imagine him waffling on every single issue. The country wouldn't know if it was right-side-up or upside down.

How is wanting even MORE troops behind the surge flip-flopping? Do you even know what flip-flopping is? It means you first agree with one side, and then completely change your mind and go the other way. McCain has always been in support of a surge. He just feels it should be even bigger.

If you need an example of flip-flopping, take Billarys stance on the war in Iraq from the beginning to now. THAT'S flip-flopping. But those Clintons will say/do anything to get the Libby vote.

Supporting the surge has to mean supporting the amount of a troop surge ? You are still supporting a troop surge whether you agree on the number or not . It's not difficult to figure out ..if you really try .

Its not big enough we all know this but your liberal congress will not let us do what needs to be done to get our troops out of there. Its very simple, more soldiers does not mean more deaths, at least for us, it means better ability to control the situation. It means we can train the Iraqi military and police more effectively, instead of looking over our shoulders for car bombs. It means an end to the disparate militias all over the country. If the President said I need 100,000 more troops (which is what he needs) think of the liberal anti-warmonger outcry, they would try to impeach him for fighting this war effectively. The left doesn't want him to succeed. They cheer everytime a soldier dies because it makes the President and as a by-product the right look bad. That is they want. The revel in the possiblity of us losing the war. Tell me I'm wrong and back it up with evidence.

How's that flip-flopping? Is he saying no to the surge? Unless he changed his mind since yesterday he's solidly against those that are opposed to the surge.

Flip flopping is voting one way, then changing one's mind when the poll numbers say differently. Differing over the degree of a surge is hardly "flip flopping".

There's no flip in his flop--to supporthe surge, then support a BIGGER surge, is just going further on one side of the argument. If he then protested the surge, then he'd be flipping. He's not flip-flopping unless he goes back and forth, and more than once, unlike people who realize they made a mistake based on false information and are willing to admit it.

McCain flip-flops like an Olympic gymnast, and always has.

He has been very consistant in stating that we need more soldiers on the ground. He supported the surge, but wants even more.
