I LOVE the song "never let go" by bryan adams, but iTunes does not sell it by itself. I would love to download it, but i am not willing to subscribe to any monthly plans. I also am not willing to pay for it, and i would like something that is quick and easy. If you could help me that would be so great!! Thanks again for helping me!!

Download the basic one that is free
Allow internet access each time it asks but not indefinitely.
Only download music (no programs or files) as they tend to always carry viruses
Always download songs that multiple user's and never when it sais wmv.
Then run your spyware and anti-virus after each use. I use it all the time because of the exact reason you stated. Itunes took me 45 mintues to install, register with Apple, etc. Limewire takes all of 1 minute to download (DSL) and you can start downloading instantaneoulsy!

For future reference, I use a program called Audacity (you can find it here :http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ ) to record sound off of the internet. The program basically records anything that goes through your sound card, so if you can find decent quality audio on YouTube (via a music video or fan video) or Myspace...you can record it off of the internet and make an mp3 out of it.
The program is fairly easy to use. It will make obscure music much easier to get if you cannot find it via a legal outlet.

All you need is a peer-to-peer downloading client like limewire, kazaa, bearshare or ares..
Make sure you have a good antivirus program.. Just to be safe..

if your not willing to pay for it don't get it! coppying cds and illegal downloading is bad! not only because its thievery but because if one person bought it and everyone else coppyed theres the music industry would sink!
