Tell her you feel you are being treated unfairly and you are going to alert her boss to the situation, either way bring a 3rd party in and this will force her to be fair to you. I'm sure it won't fly with her boss that she wants to fire you because she "doesn't like you".
Also if you have been there 2 months that must mean you are a probationary employee and some bosses like to take advantage of this because if you are not officially on the books it is much easier to terminate for a lessor reason, but if you can bring someone else into the picture, she will most likely change her tune.

I'm afraid there isn't much you can do--and I'm speaking from experience here. By the time it gets to the "1 week to improve" point, the boss' mind's usually made up.
Talk to your HR department about their policy re: references. A lot of bigger companies have a policy of giving out only name, rank, serial number, and dates worked. (They're afraid of getting sued.) Since your boss doesn't like you, this may be a good thing.
Also, call your local unemployment office and ask about the laws of your state re: unemployment benefits. As long as you do not quit your job and are not fired for misconduct, you should be able to get some money to live on while you look for another job.

Well you have gotta move on. I'm not trying to make things harder on you or anything. Since she is the boss and she doesn't like you, then there is no point or what so ever to be there anymore. If she don't fire you then you learn to know that one day you will have to terminate yourself eventually. I used to work for a very horrible couple back a few years ago. The job was so great, no matter what ups and down was thrown at me, I take it at ease, and solve it on my own. The problem is my boss. She hated me so much, she accuse me of things that weren't true. She had even delay my job. Then she even turn the whole office staff against me...ohh brother...there is no one out to help me then. I'm so frustrated and upset over it. I told myself to give in, I terminate myself after all that. And guess what she told me to stay back and even offer me an increment. I was so dissapointed I left quietly.

Bosses have different styles, watch the Devil Wears Prada. See if there are other openings in the company that you can transfer too. You'll find bosses are like friends/boyfreinds, etc . Some you just dont click with. Nothing personal.
Also document everything. And if you really want to keep the job, show some initiative and go in and ask her tomorrow for specifics you can improve on.

How to make this woman like me?
We'll, first you need to learn where you end and she begins. I trust that she has just decided to not like you. That's her prerogative. It's why her brain resides in her head and your brain resides in your head. She made a choice.
If you are doing your job well, I'd suggest that you get some sort of documentation, preferably testimonials from coworkers. Go to the human relations (HR) department AFTER you have the testimonials. Ask to have them placed in your file. That's all you need to do.
HR has to document the justification for firing you. If there is a conflict between the info they have and the info your boss provides, they know they could have a lawsuit on their hands if they were to follow through on your boss's desires.
Fear of litigation is power. Don't worry about your boss, she's more toothless than you think - if your view of things is right and others will stand by you.

Well you can look up her boss like I did and I got her job. Or you can go to her in a nice way and ask her what are you doing thats do bad. As you said she said she dont like you but try be really nice. Or you caould look for another job. The new job might be where you are the boss or you could get paid more and the best part the boss likes you

start looking, it sounds like no matter what you do she will inevitably fire you, so face the facts and get looking, anyhow you spend more time at work than with your family, so ya might as well make the time your working enjoyable, find a job that has good employees, i love it where i work, i am a welder i weld in the 100 degree weather wearing a full leather jacket in the sun in florida, the people around me are what makes my job enjoyable, otherwise id hate it, so these people that are on ego trips can get bent and you deserve better anyhow get out there and get a good job(that is if bush hasnt given them all to illegals....Ha Ha)

You need to go to HR with this one, Advise them that you are having a problem with your boss, you try your best and she is still on your back, You can't put your job at risk, do what is best for you and try your best to talk to someone above her. She is only bullying you for some reason, and that isn't right, she can actually get fired for that. But speak to hr or either the head boss.

Immediately go to Human Resources and explain the way that this person is treating you. Explain that you are doing your job very well and that her treatment of you is unprofessional, initimidating, and threatening. Get this on the record immediately. Do not wait until you are fired.

Ask her what she thinks you need to improve on and really make the extra effort. If she has it out for you then the only way to change her mind is to rise above her expections. Otherwise i would start applying for new jobs.
