omg irish brothers and sisters isn't it a shame no one remembers? Ok look up Oliver Cromwell, look up Irish Famine or Irish Holocaust, look up Easter Rising, look up persecution of Catholics, look up Act of Union 1801, read books that the british wrote about how we were "white *******" and a different race, a famous british historian went to america and came back and said, this would be a great country if the Irish would kill all the blacks and be hanged for it. I hate the English so much

Britain spent centuries trying to keep Ireland and Scotland under English rule. I know you've seen Braveheart with Mel Gibson...same concept, different country. Another good movie that is surprisingly accurate (and very bloody) is Rob Roy with Liam Neeson. Also about a Scotsman, but the Irish persecution was likewise underway. Scotland has since come to terms with England, but Ireland is still fighting the battle. Read up on some history...it's pretty interesting.

Pretty generalized question, but the ones that don't like them, feel that Brittani harmed them many moons ago, they can't remember why, but they know they did.
