Is she spotting? if it is a miscarraige she would be having some bloody show. However, your daughter is past the worry point for miscarraige. The baby is growing fast right now and if her pelvis is not biomechanically stable then she could experience some back pain. See a chiropractor who does Webster technique.

When I went into premature labor at 30weeks with my youngest daughter, I had a dull backache that wouldn't go away, no matter what position I was in. Thankfully, I called my Ob who met me at the hospital, and they admitted me. Thanfully, again, I hadn't started to dilate, but I was having contractions. If you're worried call her Ob and tell him/her whats going on. They might want to check her, then you will know for sure what's going on. Good luck and best wishes!

well you would have more than one sign with a miscarriage.. you would have bleeding and all of that too... but if you are worried go to the doctor or the emergency room to make sure everything is ok... i have bad back problems too.. try having her lay down and see if it goes away after awhile.. put a heating pad on her back or a warm washcloth
