America's spendthrift. We shouldn't be spending money on either. The occupation losses (it's not really a war, since the insurgents aren't really organized) are the result of poor handling, and health care is a manifestation of our conscience, where people descided that if they have extra money, people without should get money and services just because they don't have extra. Less money should be spent on healthcare, and Iraq should have been disarmed and passified years ago.
